Depending on the time of year, our honey mostly comes from single floral sources in North Stradbroke Island’s coastal heath, marshes and forested bushland. Our jellybush honey variety possesses powerful  anti-bacterial qualities. Jellybush honey is an ancient bush medicine and recent scientific research has proved it to be an effective topical treatment that can promote wound healing and reduce scarring. We use it on cuts, abrasions, burns, inflammation  and skin infections.
